Anita has over 20 years’ experience in sugarcraft and has attended classes with Squires Kitchen, Alan Dunn and many other top sugar crafters. Pictures of her cakes have been published in Wedding Cakes: a Design Source Magazine.
Before opening Ticky Dix Cakes Anita worked in the catering and hospitality industry so has a wealth of experience in understanding your requirements for successful events. Anita has obtained an Advanced Food Hygiene Certificate and a 5 Star Food Hygiene Rating Certificate.
The company ethos is to provide a friendly professional service with designs that add something special to her customers.
The design of every cake is a collaboration between the customer’s thoughts and her design experience.
As the sole owner of the company she designs, bakes, decorates all of the cakes personally to ensure the highest possible quality and attention to detail.
Anita was part of The Runneymede Branch of sugar crafters that won a silver medal at Brighton Exhibition in 2015.
